Return Policy

At Femme and Fawn, we celebrate every woman's unique beauty and individuality. We want you to adore everything you receive from us. However, we understand that sometimes things might turn out differently than planned. Below is our return policy, designed for your satisfaction and with our boutique's sustainability in mind.

Return Window: You have a generous 30 days from your purchase date to return items you aren’t entirely in love with.

Condition: All returned merchandise must be in its pristine original condition, with all tags attached. Footwear must be in original condition with the original shoebox. We kindly ask that items be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Please be mindful about trying on your new clothing; it is best to do so when you are freshly bathed, as odors, deodorant, makeup, and self-tanner can transfer to clothing, which could cause a return to be denied. Thank you for your understanding.

Exempt Items: Hair accessories, undergarments, earrings, and select items marked final sale cannot be returned. Additionally, pre-loved and vintage treasures are non-refundable.

Lost/Stolen Merchandise Credits and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot replace merchandise credits and gift cards if they are lost or stolen.

International Orders: All international orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Price Adjustments: Please note that prior purchases aren't eligible for price adjustments.

E-Gift Cards:** E-Gift Cards are final sale and shine bright forever—they cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Start the Process: Contact our welcoming Customer Service team at contact@femmeandfawn.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Authorization Approval: Upon approval, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and further return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Kindly, note customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds and Processing

Timing: After lovingly receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days 

Original Payment Mode: Your refund will be effortlessly issued using your original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at contact@femmeandfawn.com so we can make it right.

Gift Returns: Have you received a gift and need to make an exchange? No worries! If it's within the return window, you may exchange it for store credit.
